Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you access the authenticated Hardware API. By creating a developer account, generating an API key, or issuing requests, you accept the conditions below. We may revise these terms periodically; continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.

Purpose

Hardware data is supplied through a paid developer subscription so you can enrich dashboards, profitability tools, and commercial services. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Changes

Minerstat may add, modify, or retire endpoints, quotas, or these terms with reasonable notice. Significant updates are announced via the Developer Portal or email.

License

You receive a revocable, non-exclusive license to consume the API output:

  • Private use: Internal analytics, notifications, or automation.
  • Public & Commercial use: Customer-facing products provided you clearly display “Provided by Minerstat” with a functioning link.

If you need clarification, reach us at [email protected] or in our Discord community.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  1. Store raw payloads for longer than twenty-four (24) hours without written approval;
  2. Rebuild or redistribute competing services powered primarily by the API;
  3. Share, resell, or expose API keys to third parties;
  4. Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or authentication mechanisms;
  5. Use the API in a way that degrades Minerstat infrastructure or availability;
  6. Publish Minerstat data in defamatory, misleading, or unlawful contexts;
  7. Violate applicable laws or the rights of others in connection with the API.

No warranties; Limitation of liability

The API is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Data may contain inaccuracies or be temporarily unavailable. You agree not to base financial decisions solely on the output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minerstat disclaims liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the API.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be heard in the competent courts of Paris, France, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
