Terms & Conditions

These terms describe how you may access and use the authenticated Pools API. By registering a developer account, generating an API key, or calling the endpoint, you accept the obligations below. We may revise these terms periodically; continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.

Purpose

The Pools API is offered through a paid developer subscription so you can integrate Minerstat pool metadata into dashboards, profitability tools, or commercial products. Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.

Changes

Minerstat may modify, suspend, or discontinue endpoints, quotas, or these terms with reasonable notice via the Developer Portal or email.

License

You receive a revocable, non-exclusive license to consume the data privately or in public/commercial products provided you clearly attribute “Provided by Minerstat” with a working link. For custom licensing questions contact [email protected] or our Discord community.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  1. Store raw responses for longer than twenty-four (24) hours without written permission;
  2. Share or resell API keys or use the service on behalf of third parties;
  3. Rebuild competing services primarily powered by the API without Minerstat’s consent;
  4. Bypass rate limits, quotas, or authentication controls;
  5. Use the API in a manner that degrades Minerstat infrastructure or interferes with other customers;
  6. Display the data in defamatory, misleading, or unlawful contexts;
  7. Violate applicable laws or the rights of others when consuming the API.

No warranties; Limitation of liability

The API is provided “as is” and “as available”. Data may be inaccurate, delayed, or temporarily unavailable. You agree not to base financial decisions solely on the output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minerstat disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the API.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Paris, France. You consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
