Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your relationship with Minerstat when accessing the authenticated Coins API. By generating an API key, subscribing to a plan, or making requests to the endpoints, you agree to the conditions detailed below. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
Purpose
Access to the Coins API is granted through a paid developer subscription so that you can integrate Minerstat data into private dashboards, automations, or commercial products. Service continues through the end of the current billing cycle even if you cancel.
Changes
Minerstat may add, modify, or discontinue endpoints, rate limits, or these terms with reasonable notice. Any material change will be announced via the Developer Portal or email.
License
You receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to consume the API data:
- Private use: You may process the data internally for research, alerts, or dashboards.
- Public & Commercial use: You may surface the data in customer-facing products provided you display clear attribution (“Provided by Minerstat”) with a working link.
If you are unsure which use applies, contact us at [email protected] or via our Discord community.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not encourage or assist others to:
- Cache or store raw payloads for longer than twenty-four (24) hours without written approval;
- Rebuild competing datasets, mining calculators, or resale products using the API;
- Share or resell API keys to third parties or use the service on their behalf;
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security controls;
- Use the API in any way that degrades Minerstat infrastructure or interferes with other customers;
- Display Minerstat data in a defamatory, misleading, or unlawful manner;
- Use the API in violation of applicable laws or the rights of third parties.
No warranties; Limitation of liability
The API is provided “as is” and “as available”. Minerstat disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You understand that data may be inaccurate, delayed, or temporarily unavailable and agree not to make purchasing or investment decisions based solely on the output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minerstat is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the API or interruption of service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be heard in the competent courts of Paris, France, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
